As Per NCTE Regulations 2014 and the Order of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, B.Ed. Programme Revised From 2015-’16 as Two Year Programme. The existing curriculum has re- structured by incorporating the credit and semester system (4 Semesters) with new curriculum. According to the new revised curriculum, some modifications were brought in that for making uniformity in the methodological aspects, curriculum components and pedagogic outputs to meet the local and global needs of the new generation learners.

PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
Practical examination shall be conducted by an external examination Board constituted by the University. The Examination board shall observe and evaluate the teaching competency of all candidates. The practical board shall conduct Viva voce for each candidate and award grades on the basis of the performance of the candidate and the quality of practical works.
